    2. Hey all - glad to be here, and impressed with the initial packet: Less hot air and more pragmatic advice than I’ve gotten in other journalism orgs I’ve been in.
    I’ve written about health as a freelancer (Harper’s, New York, California Watch) and I’m now finishing a book examining the idea that what’s natural is healthy. I was just hired as Health Editor at http://www.mycirqle.com/health - which is a start up trying to curate the firehose of news, pick the best stuff, and figure out a new payment strategy for the production of journalism all at the same time.
    If anyone wants to check out what I’m doing there and give feedback, I’d love it. Sign up for the weekly email (halfway down the page on the left) and let me know how to make it better. The nice thing about a start up is the people here are open to pivoting, and radical idea.
